Can I set different prices for each sales channel?
Yes. Sales Type supports product prices and reports by sales type.
Does it automatically connect to delivery apps?
Sales Type manages pricing and records. Discuss menu or order synchronisation with specific platforms with the Lysara team.
Can customers order before visiting?
Self Order supports pickup and delivery. Service settings and fulfilment depend on your business operations.
What does Membership support?
Points, vouchers, targeted member offers, and tracking voucher usage.
Where are payments settled?
Through your own Xendit merchant account to your business bank account, subject to Xendit’s payment methods, fees, and settlement schedules.
How is the subscription priced?
Annual Hot Deals: Plus Rp849.000 and Pro Rp1.249.000 per outlet per year. Monthly prices: Plus is Rp199.000 and Pro is Rp499.000 per outlet per month, excluding tax. Prices and features may change at any time. WhatsApp OTP/notifications, paid AI, and payment gateway fees are separate.
Can I try Lysara before subscribing?
A 14-day free trial is available. The Lysara team will explain feature access and trial activation.
How do Plus and Pro differ?
Plus provides basic POS; Membership and Self Order can be added as add-ons. Pro includes both with higher capacity. See the pricing page for all limits and quota terms.
What can I evaluate during the trial?
The 14-day Free Trial is for evaluation: 1 outlet, 1 terminal, 1 staff account, up to 10 active products, and 4 manual cashier transactions per day. Self Orders do not count towards the manual transaction limit; their quota is 100 completed orders during the trial. Membership is limited to 100 members. Choose Plus or Pro to continue after the trial.
Are payment gateway fees included?
Xendit processing fees are separate from the subscription. Any integration fees will be explained in your proposal.
